Earlier this week, the young star posted another enviable scene, this time with a sunset full of palm trees.

She tagged an ad for the Hard Rock Hotel, located on one of the small coral islands that make up the country.

It is not known when Sophie traveled to the Maldives, but this image seems to have upset some fans as Britain endured a third blockade.

One Instagram user wrote: ÔÇťAnother dumb islander traveling during the pandemic that claims to work because it is so difficult to stay at home.

The second comment said, “I didn’t think Sophie would be one of those stupid influential people taking vacation now.”

And one felt that the anger at this type of post had nothing to do with jealousy.

They explained, “It’s not always about jealousy. It’s also because people can’t say they’re at home if we’re still in this bad situation. Not traveling for months is not an unreasonable exchange for us back to normal.”
