On the first anniversary of his death, Lewis Burton paid a moving tribute to his ex-girlfriend Caroline Flack.
Caroline, 40, was found dead at her home in London on February 15, 2020, later convicted of her suicide.
At the time of her death, she was dating 28-year-old Lewis, but legal proceedings prevented her from being with him.
A model and former tennis player, he now visits social media to remember the former Love Island host a year after her death.

After posting to his 191,000 Instagram followers, Lewis shared a wonderful image of herself and Caroline cuddling on one of their romantic holidays.
He wrote “I will never forget you” over the image and wrote it with a red love heart emoji.

Lewis also added “A Year”, along with a high-end emoji to mark the anniversary of her death.
A day before his anniversary, Lewis shared a scrapbook showing the romance of himself and his new girlfriend Lottie Tomlinson while celebrating his first Valentine’s Day together.
He once again posted a clip of himself browsing through a book titled “A Jam Full of Love” on his Instagram story.

Opening the front page, the star showed a picture of his followers hugging and kissing in an intimate moment captured by the camera with makeup artist Loti, 22.
One snap sees the model teasing Lottie’s neck while the other snap sees a pair of swimsuits standing in front of the mirror.
Lottie also posted two photos of herself with Lewis through her Instagram story.
One picture shows him standing in a vivid white shirt smiling for the camera, while the other shows a pair making a kiss.
