What did she worry about “now looking at the picture”? “But back then, it was about punishing my body, making me slimmer, and making my body smaller.
She said: “I had a food and dysfunction. It was definitely dysfunctional how I looked at my body and definitely how I treated it in terms of food.”
The mother of three revealed that the problem started as a child, feeling uncomfortable with the beach trip.
She said: “I was at Frinton Beach when I was 9 and I remember having stretch marks on my thighs.
“I have always been a chubby person. Compared to my sticky brothers and sisters, I am a lot bigger.”
The star is now happy with her relationship with her husband Tom.
This pair is actually a childhood sweetheart and has been dating since the age of 13.
Romantic Tom wrote Giovanna’s McFly song “All About You” as a Valentine’s Day gift in 2004.
The two were married in 2012, and Tom rewrote the song with a wedding speech that went viral online.
The couple has three children together. Buzz, Six, Buddy, and Max, aged five and two.
