Polka dots are clearly having a moment with Gen Z stars. Kylie Jenner wore them at Coachella, Olivia Rodrigo showed them off during her Governors Ball performance, and Gracie Abrams styled the print while traveling to different countries.
Gracie also brought the polka dot vibe to her latest Instagram photo dump—which, let’s admit, is a big deal for Gen Z. On June 14, the Grammy-nominated singer posted 17 photos from recent outings, including a trip to Tokyo, the Songwriters Hall of Fame event, and the 2025 Cannes Film Festival. Before her red carpet appearance at Cannes, she was spotted grabbing dinner with her boyfriend, actor Paul Mescal, while wearing a $775 ivory cardigan from Commes de Garçons covered in black polka dots. She completed the look with a trendy red scarf tied around her short bob haircut.
But that wasn’t the only stylish moment Gracie shared. A few more slides revealed behind-the-scenes snaps from a styling session with her stylist, Spencer Singer. In the collage of four photos, she first tried on a vintage Balenciaga jersey dress from the Spring 2001 collection, featuring long sleeves and an asymmetrical skirt. She then wore a white fringed poncho with a matching skirt. The third photo showed her in a delicate white lace-trimmed dress by Chloé, and the last photo captured her in a stunning backless satin gown in a soft champagne color.
