Fans of Ex On The Beach may have to wait a bit longer as the new series is pushed back four months.
The MTV show being filmed in Colombia was scheduled to start production at the end of February, but the show was rescheduled to June due to new Covid-19 travel restrictions.
Stars like Jack Fincham and Georgia Steel, who are expected to participate, can rethink the show, saying they have concerns about whether they can create a new date.
Sources told The Sun: “Ex On The Beach was pushed back from February to June due to the epidemic.

“It’s one of MTV’s most popular shows and I think we can continue.
“But this rescheduling has caused headaches for bookers who have worked hard to secure the show’s celebrities,” the insider said.
“Jack Fincham and Georgia Steel have signed up to join with their predecessors, but now everything is going on because we may not be able to create a new date.
“People working on the show still have a lot of talent they want to leverage, but they have a backup plan in case people need to drop out.”
The source concluded: “It won’t be easy to get a show of this size off the ground, but I think the team at Ex On The Beach can do it.”
Likewise, another show from MTV, known to be in confusion, is Geordie Shore’s anniversary special, which is also being filmed in Colombia.
Due to the new travel restrictions, the stars of the show are forced to self-isolate at their hotels for 10 days upon arrival in Colombia and 10 days upon return to England.
Another source told The Sun: “It’s completely confusing and the cast has all started. Some are threatening to quit.
“The problem is that filming can be enjoyable after almost a month, but some meant I had to cancel important work and I couldn’t see my boyfriend and girlfriend for another two weeks. After I left for filming.”
