EastEnders star Cheryl Fergison forced her to deny that she died after a fraud spread on social media.

Cheryl Fergison was forced to deny his death after concerned fans sent a message to her about the spread of fraud.

The 55-year-old, best known for playing Heather Trot in the popular BBC soap opera East Enders, visited the Instagram feed to share his selfies and reassure fans’ well-being.

The actress smiled at the camera and said in the post, “Thank you for your concern, but I am alive despite the confusion about the social media that I have passed away.

“Sadly we released the legendary George Michael and the cool guy 4 years ago…

“Heather Trott Yes, she’s dead, but for me, Cheryl Fergison is looking forward to a wonderful new year, hoping our industry will return to full swing. [sic]

“So, with confidence, look for me on your screen in the New Year. And here’s an interesting and cool new project (like saying that the secret opens your mind and is positive for the knowledge you will receive).” [sic] With red heart emoticon.

Cheryl, who previously showed off her dramatic transformation, added: “I wish you all a prosperous and wonderful New Year. Be patient and stay safe. Life is about living at your best..” [sic] Followed by thumb emoji, kiss emoji and red heart emoji.

Many of her 16,500 followers responded quickly and expressed relief to the news that one person said, “Thank you. Thank you. Happy New Year. Wishes to you and your xxx.”

“I’m relieved! I was so worried after seeing the tweet! I love you!!-A fan from India,” [sic] The other said with two red heart emoticons.

The third added, “People make so much sense! 2021 x Best”.

Cheryl played Heather Trott in Soap from 2007 to 2012 before being killed by Ben Mitchell, played by Joshua Pascoe.

But the recent TV personality shared her wish to return to the series, as she said in Loose Women. I had the idea that they could get back Heather’s long-lost twins.

“I thought I could come back to the same actress as Heather’s long-lost twins.

“It didn’t happen and you know, I’m living in the north right now, so it’s a gravel or a valley.”
